Workshop reports have been published in a wide range of media. In most instances the material is available in hard copy in libraries or on the internet. However in some instances a short report or extended abstract was prepared for distribution at the meeting but for a variety of reasons the conference organizers did not include the material in more widely distributed media. If you want a copy of such reports, please contact me.
